On Friday, May 27th, 2011 the 5th grade class from W.S. Guy received their certificate of completion for the DARE program sponsored by the police department. The program is taught by Officer Michael Shuster. Students receive instruction on the dangers of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. This year Officer Shuster also included instruction on "bullying", the dangers of it, and where and how to report incidents of bullying.
